"... Vinieron todos para oirme guarachar,
Pero como soy de ustedes, yo los invitaré a gozar,
Conmigo si van a gozar, yo los invitaré a gozar conmigo si,
Que cante mi gente!...."

Hola Salser@s and Soulser@s,

If there is one name that is a synonym of salsa, one name that symbolizes the history and the foundations of this music, it cannot be anything else than FANIA.
Los hermanos Soulsa are back to Bar Rumba to serve you with highly bailable (danceable) legendary Fania tracks.

I also have the pleasure to announce that I have just joined the Soulsa team and I will be DJ-ing myself for the first time with Goobi !!

So, thank you for supporting me for my debut cool !!

Join us to listen and dance to classic, hardcore salsa dura, from a golden period (1964 - 1984) when salsa was this urban, bold sound, with strong timbales and horn sections, full of improvisation and energy!

Rubén Blades, Héctor Lavoe, Celia Cruz, Willie Colón, Ray Barretto and many others will be there (well, not physically though :-)))

    •  Great people, a lot of fun, space to dance. If it hadn't been a Tuesday, I imagine the floor would have been much more congested.
    •  I had never been to Bar Rumba before, so was a new experience for me. The music was good and it was great to meet a few more different faces, and obviously reunite with members again. Enjoyed dancing, but didn't like the look of the floor, especially the hole that my heel decided to fall into several times *haha* other than that, I had a good time, and didn't stop dancing - varied selection of Latin music. Left at nearly 2pm *tut tut* Felt the punishment this morning though when I had to wake up at 6am. I never learn :op Also have to say: MARURO DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON THE DECKS - GOT EVERYONE DANCING WITH HIS GREAT SELECTION OF TUNES. BRAVO!!!
