Hello Everyone,

It's with great regret and sadness that I must inform everyone that Luis Mendoza owner and promoter of MONTUNO PRODUCTIONS has unfortunately canceled La Sonora Poncena San Diego Concert this Sunday August 16, 2009.

It came to my attention and surprise just a couple of hours ago.

As consultants for this event we were excited to be a part of promoting and getting the word out on this amazing and prestigious band.

We were assured the past couple of weeks and even days that everything was on schedule and set to go for the Concert.

I even visited the OMNI and spoke with management officials to ensure everything was in place.

Today I made a call to see how the concert in Sacramento was coming along and got the bad news.

Whatever the situation and circumstances that caused this unfortunate cancellation is beyond my knowledge and control.

Everyone that has purchased tickets at ATTD or at The Salsa On The Bay event can come at your earliest convenience to get your refund. Please bring your ticket stub with you to retrieve refund.
( We kept track of all ticket sales via the number on tickets).

FYI: If you purchased tickets at TicketFiesta.com you can contact them for an immediate refund. TicketFiesta.com website is not affiliated with Rivera Entertainment.

Once again this was beyond our control and are as disappointed as you may be.

However we wish Luis Mendoza and Montuno Productions the best for the future and a quick recovery.
