Introduction

I live in Silverton and have recently started learning Salsa with some friends. I also perform tribal style belly dance. Salsa is the first partner dance style I've learned. I enjoy the fast pace and being spun around.

Are you new to the Portland Salsa scene? How long have you been dancing? What are your expectations for this meetup group?

I took my first Salsa lessons in April '08. I would be happy to find organized dance events with other beginning and intermediate dancers--people who are willing to dance with a beginner.
