Introduction: While attending grad school at The UM I found Latin dancing to be perfect release from long hours of studying. Now it's my favorite social activity. I'm a Twin Cities salsa dancing venue connoisseur.
Are you a beginning salsa dancer, or more experienced?: More experienced and getting better each week now that I'm taking private lessons. I'm proficient in all Latin nightclub dances (bachata, cha cha, cumbia, merengue). Plus, I know three styles of salsa (Cuban, cumbia, LA).
What is your favorite salsa venue?: I prefer to dance at the studios that host salsa dancing nights: Cinema Ballroom and Latin Dance Studio, Social Dance Studio and Dancers Studio in Woodbury. There's plenty of room, no drunk people, and everyone is there to dance.
